It's the start of the year and best time to set us up for success in 2020. Are the you someone who writes a lot of New Year's Resolution and suddenly finding yourself in a place where you have not done anything after 12 months? Or maybe you have done a bit and you know you can do more? Don't you ever wonder why some people are so successful in life and seems to get what they want all the time?
My friends, believe me you have the capability to do what you set your mind and heart to do. I am not saying it is easy. But it is not hard. You need to put time and effort. A real reflection of who you are, where you are and where you want to be, who you want to become. And we always want to be a better version of ourselves right?
I have been doing my own self reflection. I have neglected my growth and my fitness. So this year I want to read more and be healthier. What are your goals?
