Chicken Teriyaki with Spicy Peanut Butter

500 g Sliced Pork

1/2 cup Teriyaki Sauce (I am using Best Homemade Teriyaki Sauce from Adam Liaw. His Teriyaki Sauce recipe below after this recipe)

2 Tablespoons Fix and Fogg Smoke and Fire Peanut Butter

2-3 Garlic Cloves

2 tablespoons Oil

A few sprigs of Cilantro or Coriander

A stalk of Spring Onion

Prepare your wok or Pan. Add oil and place on medium Heat. Once its hot enough--smoke comes out. Add the garlic. When Garlic turns brown add the sliced pork.

brown your sliced pork for 5 minutes each sides--don't cook it just brown it.

Once brown, add the Teriyaki Peanut Butter Sauce and simmer for 15-20 minutes until cooked.

Place on top of rice or veggies.

Top with Coriander and Spring Onion. Enjoy!!!

Adam Liaw Homemade teriyaki Sauce. One of my "secret" Pantry Staples. Taste sooo good and no preservatives. Make sure you have Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce.

200ml (6 oz) mirin

200ml (6 oz) sake

60-90g (2-3 oz) white sugar

Combine the ingredients in a small saucepan and place the saucepan over medium heat. Stir for a few minutes until the sugar dissolves. Don’t boil the mixture. Transfer the sauce to a bottle and store in the pantry until ready to use.
